Your tasks:
- Customer support and expansion in the pet trade (pet shops, specialist stores, specialized retailers)
- Active acquisition of new customers in specialist retail
- Conducting product training and product presentations directly at the point of sale
- Needs assessment and consultation within the framework of expert discussions
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
- Close collaboration with the sales support team for optimal customer service and order processing.
Your profile:
- Experience in the field of pet supplies, pet nutrition, pet retail or comparable qualification
- Field sales experience, ideally in specialist retail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills and closing ability
- Strong customer focus and independent working style
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- A passion for animals and the joy of selling high-quality products
