To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated, communicative personality with sales skills and enthusiasm for high-quality products throughout Germany.
HEROSAN healthcare gmbh develops, produces, and distributes innovative healthcare solutions for humans and animals. Our customers primarily serve veterinarians and human physicians throughout Europe. We combine 15 years of medical expertise with a data-driven, internationally oriented e-commerce setup.
Your tasks:
- Product and customer data management:
Maintenance, updating and further development of e-commerce platforms in WordPress, 1Tool, Shopify, etc. - E-commerce strategy & roadmap:
Planning of campaigns, definition and evaluation of A/B tests, and implementation of learnings. - Newsletter marketing:
Conceptualization, implementation and analysis of newsletter journeys with a focus on segmentation and performance (especially Mailchimp). - Traffic & Conversion Optimization:
Analysis of reports from GA4, Matomo, Business Suite and CRM/ERP, and derivation of concrete measures. - Web development:
Implementation of small coding tasks and coordination of larger projects with developers. Integration and implementation of new systems and software solutions. - Collaboration & Interfaces:
Close cross-departmental collaboration with product development, sales, support and external partners.
IT Support & Operations
- Setup of laptops, monitors, smartphones and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting for Office, Windows/Mac or network problems.
- Management of software licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365) as well as user and access rights.
You bring that with you
- Solid knowledge and experience in e-commerce and proficient handling of online shop and CMS systems (Shopify, Shopware, WordPress etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of analytics and automation tools (GA4, Matomo, etc.).
- Experienced use of newsletter systems (especially Mailchimp)
- Advanced basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL, as well as an understanding of clean data structures.
- Fluent English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Independent, structured work style, curiosity and enjoyment in deriving concrete actions from data.
Remuneration:
The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement is € 2.535,00 per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
