Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Where should I send returns?

In principle, returns should always be addressed to the company headquarters:

When will my order be delivered?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for shipment tracking.
This way you always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered.
Shipping takes an average of 2 to 4 business days within Austria and Germany. Delivery times to other countries can be found at the top of the page.

We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping conditions for business customers (B2B)?

For business customers (B2B) we offer free shipping in Austria and Germany for orders over €100 net.
In all other countries we offer free shipping for orders over €150 net.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address. You can find the shipping costs per country at the top of the page.
Business customers can find further detailed B2B-specific information after logging in or from their personal advisor.

The status of my shipment hasn't changed. What can I do?

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours (on working days) for the initial delivery status of your shipment to be visible. Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days in Austria and Germany.

How can I track my order?

To track your package, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping partner.

How long does the delivery take?

The average delivery time for packages within Austria and Germany is 2-4 business days. Delivery times to other countries can be found at the top of the page.

How will my order be shipped?

Within Austria, your parcels are shipped via the Austrian Post. Outside of Austria, your parcels are shipped via DHL.
