Wie das geht? Durch den Einsatz von Insektenprotein als einzige Proteinquelle im entoVITAL® DOG PUPPY Trockenfutter!
Das Insektenprotein stammt von der schwarzen Soldatenfliege (Hermetia Illucens). Dieses Insekt hat einen so kleinen Platzbedarf, der um 90% geringer als bei Nutztieren wie z.B. Rindern ist.
Beispiel: Eine Tonne schwarze Soldatenfliege verbraucht zur Eiweißgewinnung ca. die Innenfläche eines kleinen Smart. Oder anders vorgestellt, wie dein kleiner Bürotisch. So viel weniger als die gleiche Menge an Rind benötigen würde.
Was ist die schwarze Soldatenfliege?
Aus der Familie der Waffenfliegen stammend kann das Insekt 14 (männlich) bis 17 mm (weiblich) lang werden. Schlank und fast nur aus Protein bestehend, wird sie besonders als Futterinsekt in der Nutztierhaltung eingesetzt.
Angefangen 2017, durften wir schnell feststellen, dass sich die schwarze Soldatenfliege perfekt als Proteinlieferant für sehr Futtermittelsensible und allergische Hunde eignet.
Zusätzlich zur sehr leichten Verdaulichkeit lieben Hunde vor allem das nussige Aroma der schwarzen Soldatenfliege – entoVITAL® DOG PUPPY Trockenfutter ist allein deshalb oftmals schneller weggefuttert als es so manchem Hundebesitzer lieb ist 😉
Insektenprotein der schwarzen Soldatenfliege im Vergleich zum Rind
entoVITAL® DOG PUPPY is a sustainable dry food for puppies up to 12 months of age.

How does that work? By using insect protein as the only protein source in entoVITAL® DOG PUPPY dry food!
Our insect protein is derived from the black soldier fly (Hermetia Illucens). This insect has such a small footprint, 90% less than farm animals such as cattle.
Example: one ton of black soldier fly consumes the space of about one small smart to produce protein. Or imagined differently, like your little office desk. So much less than the same amount of beef would require.
What is the black soldier fly?
Coming from the weapon fly family, the insect can grow from 14 (male) to 17 mm (female) in length. Slender and consisting almost only of protein, it is used especially as a forage insect in livestock production.
Started in 2017, we quickly realized that the black soldier fly is perfect as a protein source for very food sensitive and allergic dogs.
In addition to being very easy to digest, dogs especially love the nutty aroma of the black soldier fly – entoVITAL® DOG PUPPY dry food is often eaten away faster than many a dog owner would like for this reason alone 😉

We recommend softening the kibble at the beginning to make it easier for your little one to eat.
Please note that the information is indicative, individual needs vary depending on age, breed, physical condition, activity and housing conditions. For sensitive dogs it is recommended to divide the daily amount into at least two meals. If snacks are additionally fed, the daily ration must be adjusted accordingly.
